The hygienist will record the condition of your teeth and gums, making a special note of any inflammation, bleeding or soreness. She’ll talk you though what you should be doing at home, how to floss if you’re unsure and what special dental tools you can use to make the job easier, such as inter-dental brushes.
You’ll then have the plaque and surface stains which build up gently removed leaving you with a fantastic clean feeling.
