I have the necessary qualifications and experience to provide top-notch orthodontic treatment. I obtained my Postgraduate Orthodontic Diploma (PG.Dip.Ortho.) from Manchester in 1999. Since then, I have actively pursued further education and training in the field of orthodontics by participating in various courses throughout the United Kingdom.

 

In 2004, I successfully completed a postgraduate implant course, which has allowed me to develop a strong interest in implant dentistry. I find this area of dentistry particularly exciting as it represents the cutting edge of dental technology. Implants offer exceptional results that are not only long-lasting but also have the potential to significantly improve a patient’s quality of life. Additionally, I take pleasure in performing cosmetic dental procedures such as tooth whitening and teeth straightening using invisible braces.

 

I am a registered member of the General Dental Council (GDC) and actively participate in various forms of ongoing professional development. I took over the ownership of this dental practice in 2004, and in 2007, we relocated to our current location, which is right next door. I am originally from Birmingham and have a daughter who has a passion for swimming. Additionally, I enjoy playing squash for my club, which competes in the Warwickshire league.

Courtney Johnson – Our dental nurse plays a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our patients throughout their dental journey. As a dental nurse, Courtney J works closely with our experienced dental team, assisting them in various procedures and ensuring the smooth running of our practice. She is responsible for preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Courtney J also provides chairside assistance during treatments, offering comfort and reassurance to patients.

We are proud to have Halima as part of our team, as she embodies our practice’s values of professionalism, compassion, and excellence. Her dedication to patient care and continuous improvement aligns perfectly with our mission to provide outstanding dental services. With a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, Halima ensures that patients feel at ease throughout their visit. She takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, answering any questions or concerns patients may have, and providing them with the necessary information to maintain good oral health. She is currently working towards her Level 3 Diploma in Dental Nursing.

Courtney W is a vital member of the dental team who plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new patients. As the first point of contact for individuals seeking dental care, the treatment coordinator is responsible for guiding them through the initial stages of their dental journey.  Courtney is responsible for handling and overseeing all of our cosmetic enquiries. She manages the entire process, from receiving initial inquiries to providing detailed information and guidance to customers. With her expertise in cosmetics and excellent customer service skills, Courtney ensures that all enquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. Courtney is responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of our digital marketing efforts.
